Erstmalig Integrationsfußball beim traditionellen DSC-Sommerturnier
Integartionsfußball, dass bedeutet, das Kinder mit und ohne Handicap gemeinsam Fußball spielen. Beim DSC ist diese Sportart seit einem Jahr zur Selbstverständlichkeit geworden.
Erstmalig nahmen am traditionellen Sommerturnier der Delbrücker Sport-Club-Jugendabteilung zwei Integrationsmannschaften teil. In der ersten Mansnchaft waren die Kinder vertreten, die unter 8 Jahre alt waren und Kinder mit Handicap, deren Leistungsstand der Altersgruppe angepasst wurde. In der zweiten Mannschaft kamen die älteren Kinder, Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen zum Einsatz. Das D4-Jugend-Team von Gabi Reikschnietz stellte Ergänzungsspieler für dieses Match zur Verfügung.
Zu Beginn wurde ausgelost, wer in welcher Mannschaft antreten durfte. Danach konnten die Spiele beginnen.
Mit viel Ehrgeiz und Siegeswillen traten die DSC-Kicker an den Ball. Tore wurden lautstark bejubelt und die Freude war grenzenlos.
Die Mitwirkenden und Gäste des Kindergarten_cups, der für diese Freundschaftsspiele unterbrochen wurde, fieberten mit den einzelnen Mannschaften mit.
Applaus und Zurufe ließen richtige Stadionatmosphäre aufkommen.

Viel Spaß und Freude war spürbar. Bei der anschließenden Siegerehrung bekamen alle Aktiven einen kleinen Pokal, der sicherliche einen Ehrenplatz in manch einem Kinderzimmer finden wird.
Die Eltern der Kinder bedankten sich bei der Turnierleitung ( Hubert Austreschmidt), die es möglich machte, der Randgruppe im DSC ein solches Turniererlebnis zu verschaffen. Sicher ist schon heute, dass im nächsten Jahr, die Freundschaftsspiele der Integrationsgruppen einen festen Platz im Turnierveranstaltungskalender finden werden.
